What is the message?
Can you access the Friend screen?
If not, did you state your age as an adult (social features are locked for children)? Reinstall and state an age that is adult
Have you allowed FB to interact with the app?
What device are you playing on? Android, Apple, Kindle?
FB is not primarily made for gaming, so it is not optimal nor reliable. I recommend that you connect via EA/Origin account instead
Do you know your Mayham ID? Support should be able to find your town via the Mayham
