Can't get into gameplay!!

I can't get into the game play it goes to the first page saying fox and ea on it then automatically crashes back to home screen on my iPad , I've tried everything to fix this and nothing is working. Me and my girlfriend enjoy playing this game and spent about 60 bucks on it between both of our accounts.... It's a really fun game and we're very lost without playing it for the last 4 days, what can u do to help?
