@Alfie9972 hello, what's your problem? Sometimes it happens that, due to problems on the network, our neighbors disappear and, in these cases, it is not even possible to add new ones. ALL will be back, and everything will be as before, as soon as the connection to the EA network is restored. If this is your case, you just have to wait (sometimes it helps to close the game, also removing it from recent ones, and restart)
