Can't Tap Maggie in "Where's Maggie" Game

I am having the same problem as most people. The first time I tapped her...it worked. Second time didn't work, and the timer ran out.

Instead of trying to tap Maggie, instead tap the building

You'll find more advice here as well @shazljk. You sometimes may have to move buildings around if you still cannot click on the building where Maggie is.

I tried this and it doesn't work!! I have wasted 32 hours because the last two times she was on the White House and I cannot tap her and time runs out! Whether I tap the building or her, it doesn't work!! This game is pissing me off and we should be compensated for this glitch! I attached a photo showing I found her and had time left!!
