Can't Tap Maggie in "Where's Maggie" Game

Every time I find Maggie and I click on here. It does not work and I end up losing the game. It's work twice so far. But I can't seem to make it work now. Please help me.

I'm having the same problem. I have read to  try tapping the building and not Maggie, however got to wait 7hrs  to test that out.
