CRASHING SINCE 14.1.

I am not able to play since 14.1.
The game crashes every time before my springfield apears.

I have contacted the service via phone, email an forum weeks ago.
But nothing happend!!!

Why cant anybody from EA fix this problem???

What the hell EA. I've spent lots of time and money on this game for you to just ignore us. My account says Level 1 Springfield found. Is this your Springfield? NO ITS NOT..I HAVE A LEVEL 35 TOWN.. What happened to it?
