Bug in Tapped Out Daily Challenge?

I haven’t had a new daily challenge in over a week now.

The clock ticks down but no new challenge appears then it resets to 23 hours, etc.

Also the “hell is other students” also has stopped working.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game but that hasn’t corrected the issue.
