Airport bundle help

I purchase the above, I got 3 items, a plane, hangar and a terminal, and I ‘think’ I got the 2 free land tokens, that’s it. 

im in touch with EA regarding this, but I’ve been asked twice! What I’m missing, what do I do?

I can tell you what you received:
2x Plane, 16x Runaway Light, 7x Runway Straight,
4x Runway Corner, 3x Terminal, 2x Hangar and 2x Free Land Token
When I bought the bundle, it was supplied built and I put everything down as received; later I modified it to my liking.
If you didn't have space, the rest would probably have been placed in inventory, and even more likely in GROUP mode.
The terrain tokens are not seen, but they are there; you can see them when you go to buy new land; you will be asked if you want to use money or the token.
If you already have all the plots of land, you can exchange the tokens for donuts (1 token x12 donuts) by going to the shop and then to the CURRENCY section

The missing items did not go into my inventory, I’ve checked and there is nothing there, I got 3 items and that’s it!! I’m at a loss for what to do at this point, it’s a different person each time asking me the same things, how do I get this resolved?

my suggestion to look in the "Group Storage" section.

Unfortunately, if you feel that everything has not been delivered to you, only the customer care centers will be able to help you get it back.

Nobody here can do that!

HI @harpyharry , I just got word that EA is investigating this bundle. If you haven't found anything in your inventory, EA Help can give you what you are missing.

I bought the recent airport pack. That included the terminals, runway, planes and the hangers. I only received 2 of the items in my inventory. Is there a way to access the rest of it?
