Side Show You in Krustyland
Find Maggie
Daily Challenges
Visit friends - donut chance if you have all FP prizes
Clean up debris
Level up
Bonus Level up after you get to 939
Complete the Monorail Prize track
Some questlines will award you donuts
Most events will have a bonus donut round after you have completed the main event questline
Some events have hidden donuts, most blogs will tell you how to get them
I might have forgotten some, if so please remind me 
But this is not what you asked.
You asked for a cheat.
AKA stealing, hacking, modding
That is illegal and can become a case for a real court, aside form being banned by EA
Worst case scenario is not being banned or having to pay a find in a court of law, it is if the supplier of the cheat sneaks in a worm in the modified version of the game and steals your identity, bank account and basically your whole life.
We do not recommend cheating in fact we are strongly against it but yes, it is a thing among criminals
