4th of October 4x reward

Me too =( I was trying to finish my deluxe hotel thing and noticed it was back to regular. Came here to see if it was just me, but it's obvious they ended it a day earlier than they said, which is disappointing as I wanted to finish upgrades to my last few buildings.. Le sigh.

Same problem here in London, Ontaro, Canada. Also the same " unavailable" reply when trying to contact support. I am going to assume that their servers are overloaded with complaints!

It is Oct. 3 and I am not receiving the 4x rewards anymore. Is it happening to others also?

Here in the US and having the same problem. I saw on one of the TSTO wikis that some are having the problem, others are not. Put in a call request for missing content. I hope they extend the promotion an extra day or two.

Same here. Working fine this morning at 6am but after 9am stopped receiving 4x rewards

Same here. Woke up at 8am and no longer 4x multiplier

I'm in the uk, mine was working at 6:00am, logged in at 9:00am all gone.
Not happy.
