What if we could choose our engineer?

Wouldn't it be great if we could choose our race engineer from a pool of options? Marc is great and all but how about a woman (maybe one of the W Series drivers, for instance) or a person of colour (Karun Chandhok, anyone?).

I've been playing the series for a decade now and, although the game has come along way, it could be leading the charge in bringing new life and diversity to Formula 1.

@CalRodyaIt's always great to have more options, just like how commentary is done this year. But to be honest, changing the voice yet the scripts are totally identical really broke the immersion for me.

@Apophis-STR haha, couldn't agree more. Marc is good and all but it would have been nice for him to use his own words, not just his own voice.

I would prefer if the engineer was a bit more helpful with setting up the car.

So I'd prefer an option to choose from pool, like the second driver in MT, and they would differ with skills when helping you to set up the car for race.

TBH, changing face or voice makes little difference for me.
