Answers HQ

If you've landed in this thread, it means you probably already know what Answers HQ is. In case you don't, Answers HQ is our community support platform where anybody can ask for help with our games, help other players who might have the same issue, or just lend a hand to those who need it.

When you or somebody else offer helpful advice, others can give them XP to show appreciation. When a message solves a problem, the original poster can mark it as the solution, to indicate that their problem has been solved and that they need no further help. This also helps other users with the same issue to find an answer to their problem.

Sometimes we'll give out rewards to users who are especially useful. It's our way of saying "hey, thanks for helping". Wink

Hero Program

Every once in a while, we will offer some of the most helpful users among our community a chance to become Heroes. The users that are offered the chance to be Heroes have consistently shared their knowledge and experience to help their fellow gamers. They are prime examples of true Answers HQ heroes: helpful, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. See this link for more information on the Hero Program.

Some of them have considerable knowledge and experience about their favorite game, others are just happy to help where help is needed. Visit this section to learn more about our Heroes and why they help.

And this is where we are now! Together with our Heroes we think we can make it easier for everyone interested in helping to do so. Some of you may have questions about certain features of Answers HQ or generally would just like a few pointers on how to start helping. This is the place to ask these questions. (Questions about the games themselves belong in the forums for the specific game) Standard smile
