amd optimization is not there

could the game work correctly with amd cards i would play it all day but with an rx580 8gb i have only min 12 fps - max 123 fps on ultra 1080p(the framedrops are unsual and happen three or four times in a minute). I have changed my computer so everything is new and was tested from the shop assistant before! Only Anthem does not work great on my computer so what now? i dont wanna change the gpu i have all amd now and it is fine but what now? I tried to change everything from the ingame setting the result is still the same drops drops and drops... i gave back my amd card to get a new one but the drops are still there
I played the alpha and there i had a smooth gaming performance with wqhd resolution and 120 fps+ it is so strange that it is now unplayable for me! What can i do?
