I am unable to load fc 24

this message comes up

You have more than one storage device with a FC 24 profile.
please select a sotrage device to load from.

does anyone know how to get this working again? 

Ive deleted the game, re installed, reset xbox, cleared cache. pretty much exhausted all that can be done.
Any help is appreciated

Same issue here on EAFC 25, tried every troubleshooting step and even tried on another console.  As soon as it syncs my data this screen pops up
