[xbox one] arcade and prefences keep resetting

Hi,

so i’ve now tried everything i can think of to solve this.

everytime i turn off my xbox my game data resets. I’ve tried the data/power cycle tips, i’ve tried rebooting my net connection and checking to make everything is set up as should be. 

Its been like this a few months and i’d like to have it resolved. Any help would be appreciated

Hey @acknslash, is your cloud save for SWBF2 up and working, I would try clearing cloud and local saves to see if that helps.

i’ve now cleared the cloud save and local data several times as i had seen this recommended elsewhere but to no effect.
