why wont apex legends load on my laptop

I've played Apex Legends on Xbox 1 and have had loading problems but always got in after maybe 2 or 3 tries after the fist log in screen but I wanted to download on my laptop to see how it is to play on pc and it wont even get past the log in screen! please help please

Do you get an error code while logging in or could you explain the problem a bit more?
Can you also attach a dxdiag file so we have more information about your system?
