why won't tos answer me, I have been banned for no reason

It has been 8 days since i contacted the tos team, still nothing, when all i find online is that it usually takes 72 hours, can someone tell me why tos wont answer me?

Thanks for creating this thread. I'm afraid the board you've shared this on is supported in Portuguese, so this won't get much response if it remains there. Please ensure your posts and threads are shared in the language of the board you're posting on ^^
