why my pc doesn't run well Apex with the lowest settings?

every time that I play Apex it doesn't run well, and I don't know why. What I need to do?

A few things to try: 

• Temporarily disable your anitvirus/antimalware software
• Make sure your display is connected to your video card and not the video output of your motherboard
• Download and install all available Windows Updates
• Check that you have recent video drivers installed
• Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
