why i got banned in this apex legends

Hello ea team , i just bought this " used computer" , yesterday my friend told me about this game , i created account called " The-Teacher-47 "  i played only one game , today i found out that i'm banned ? what should i do ? or can you please tell me what's wrong ?

I am the same, I am a legal player, but I stopped playing apex for lack of content and updates, after months without playing I go back in and they tell me that my account is banned for using ¬ ¬ traps, Now I've been waiting for 2 weeks to see if they solve something, and nothing, now I can't even log in origin

Just had this same problem.  I got the same email stating that I cheated in Apex Legends.  Only problem is- I haven't played that game in 2 years.  Concerned that maybe my account got hacked?

Also to EA- please update your banning email form letter.  It contains absolutely zero identifying information about me or my account, so it feels like a scam itself.
