I preorderd the Ultimate Edition of FIFA 23 and have not recieved my OTW player OR my TOTW 1 player
I got my fifa points and mbappe loan and ambassador loan but not these other things 
What can i do?

No OTW either. Given the issues with SBCs and now this after paying extra for pre-order of Ultimate we should get some sort of compensation or a refund.
