why does my game crash?

So ive been trying to figure out why my game has been crashing, and i still havent found an answer. I can load into the loading screen just fine but when i try to click on a legend, open an alpha pack, or load into a match, the game crashes without a crash code. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. My pc is running on a ryzen 5 1600, radeon rx 560, 8gbs of ddr4 ram, and 2 tb hard drive.

@Schmucksht It's difficult to pinpoint what the problem could be as it could be a number of issues, it could be your game, the client or your PC.

I would first run a repair of the game, then make sure your graphics card driver is up to date and see if that helps.
