why does bf5 need a 10k$ computer rig to run normally

I have a computer rig with 16gb ddr4 ram, gtx 1060 6gb msi and i5 8600k overclocked to 4.1ghz. I can barely play bf5 at like 40-70fps. I watch a lot of those videos on yt about bf5 fps boost videos and i didnt work as expected. Need some help if its somehow possible to have better performance.
