why is my account banned for 3 days according to the reason that I wrote two, three insults because the people I played with trolled me and provoked me, but I am banned, not them, this hurts me and provokes my rights as a person, I did not say who knows what insult in my opinion, before you ban someone, start fixing your ranked system !!!??!!! EA

While you're certainly welcome to provide feedback about the state of the game, that wouldn't be a reason to insult other players.

If someone else insults you, please be sure to report and then mute them rather than insulting back, as that would only open your own account up to be reported as well.

If you believe an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please feel free to appeal with our Terms of Service team using these steps.

We cannot make any changes here on the forums, but they'll take another look at the situation with an appeal. Thanks!
