when i it the battle pass tab ingame the whole game froze

i woke up this mourning hoping to see the new season update but i guess aussie are the last as usual to get updates,when i go to the battle pass section it comes up with a banner and the whole game freezes i rebooted 3 times still no change,what do i do reinstall?why is this like so?and when do us aussies get season 2?

any response to this issue?  It is very annoying having to restart the game to get out of an IN GAME screen.  Well done EA!
