Help, 

My account appears to be hacked and i can't change my security question anymore,

Currently it says:

В какую начальную школу вы ходили?

I don't speak that laguage so i don't even know what it means.Now i keep getting kicked out into offline mode because someone is on my account.

please help me out

How to solve:

Go to the Contact EA website and create a case. Then try to reach the live chat where an employee will as a few questions.

Then the employee will guide you trough the process and reset your security question. Then you have to reset your password trough a link he/she will send you and finally enable 2 step verification.

This took me about 5-10 minutes without being in any queue.
