same, I have spent more than 6700$ and i only received 3490000 coins, still waiting for the rest since 04/12/2020. but Hq answers won't help you, you gotta contact them from the support chat, choose apex and click on check order status and you will see option to chat with them, otherwise they will tell you no available channel
