@EG_suz There is multiply ways to get banned and "cheating" is not only by a software but this can be done by exploiting the world, access places you where not meant to access, use a glitch for your own gain and much more.
To give the case to a lawyer i will tell you already now that there is no smart lawyer that would push this topic since its a lost case from start.
On the other note you will suffer yourself by doing this duo the fact it will be time consuming and it will be expensive.
Since this is a ban related topic we won't be able to assist you here on the forum.
