I just set up my son's account on switch and his works fine, I purchased the game on my switch and am unable to connect to ea servers using for online play. He is able to connect using the same wifi and on switch without any issues. None of the trouble shooting options in the faqs work for me.

I was referring to the ones on the link in the error message as well as what I could find in their help center. I was able to resolve the issue though, it was because my date/time settings were off.

I’m having this issue. I checked my date and time as described above and those are correct. Anyone know anything else to figure out this issue? My son as asking me multiple times a day to try and log in and it isn’t working. Thanks!!

I figured out it didn’t work because I was trying to set it up for my son and due to his age I couldn’t connect the account to the game.
