If you have EA Access on Xbox can you use it on PlayStation? [ Edited ]

I dont understand why this is happening on my sons account.  Does he need a separate account for a ps4 because he has a xbox account

Yes, EA Access would need to be purchased on each platform in order to play on both platforms.

PS4 and XB1 are completely separate so an account will be needed for the platform he will be playing on.

Additionally, 13 is the minimum age to play online so that may be an issue.
