unable to activate game on computer with this account

I took a break from playing for around a week, after I returned, this error shows up on launch :

" We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Standard Edition on this computer using your account.Please try again later."

My firewall settings didn't change.

Hello. I just downloaded the trial for PVZ GW2, and when I click play, the game launches with the error "We've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA Account, you'll need to connect to the internet."

I've been searching for a fix for this for WEEKS!

This only happens with this game, as I am perfectly fine playing Apex Legends. I've tried everything on the internet, and i'd love it if one of you guys could help me.

Yes I have tried both re-paring, and uninstalling and re-installing the game multiple times.
