After coming back to the game after awhile, I found three of my trooper abilities missing. They are plasma cell, combat support cell and armor piercing cell. I can't get further in the game without these abilities.

The cells no longer exists. These are set automatically.

Thank you for letting me know.

I can't seem to get further in the game without them. Gameplay seems more difficult. Before I was getting through the game at a reasonable difficulty level.

If this character existed a while back and you seem to have missing powers on the tool bar now , press p and look at the powers you should find new ones to bring over to the tool bar

I'll try it but I believe I've tried it before.

I'm level 44 in Corelia which is lower than the level range.

Is this part of it. If so what are some ways to get to a higher level?

Maybe just go back to the last planet and enable exploration missions (they are turned off by default) on your map ? or just do some flashpoints
