You mentioned in the past you were using bluestacks. Are you experiencing it on that platform? We haven't seen other reports of this so far reported on the forums.
This error is likely happening due to the device not meeting the system requirements. The Acer Chromebook R11 is running off Chrome OS, while the game is designed off Android and iOS.
