swtor payment error

I have a little problem.

I recently started to play swtor because a friend recommended it to me, i decided to go all out and buy a one month subscription and a few packs of "cartel coins"

here's my problem :

the subscription, billed at 12.99€, was billed on my account at 14.99€

one pack of coins at 2.40€ was billed 4.40€

one pack at 35.00€ was billed at 37.20€

I'm not stupid, i was billed more than what's said on the website (see for yourself or on the screenshot i added).

I wish it's a bug and not the company trying to screw me over.

You can email these to support@swtor.com so they can send to the billing department

what i do know is depending on the country your in there can be additional costs/fees added through the merchant side , these can be local taxes or like for me conversion charges by my bank to change currency

i'm also giving a screenshot of my bank transaction for proof that it's overbilled.

And lastly, i'll add my transactions from the website to use as proof of the amount i bought.
