switch to PC

I recently switched from PSN to PC. EA has acknowledged my PSN account when i logged into Apex for the first time on PC but none of the characters, skins or emotes came with. 
I had to restart how do I get back the items I earned/paid for?

@nduncker28 sadly there is no cross progression yet in Apex, so no transfer of cosmetics between platforms.
