suupport and scout class taking permanent fire damage

Support and Scout glitch

I was playing using support class on Amiens in conquest and got hit by an incendiary grenade. I took damage but eventually I thought that I would start to heal, but I kept taking damage at 1 per second.I took an advisor's help but it didn't change anything at all.This problem spread to scout class too. No matter which server i choose or which load-out i pick, the problem persists. Some help would be appreciated.
