subs erro credit card

I bought the 60-day subscription right on the game's website and at the end of the purchase there was an error, but they charged me for the purchase and it didn't show up in the game yet, and the second attempt that I make that being able to buy the sub is wrong

Ok you need to login on the EA account that uses the same email that you have on swtor and reset the password on that account.

once that password is reset then purchasing on swtor will work as intended.

Support are refunding the purchase you made whilst that account was disabled.

@proxos666 man I followed the step by step but my account is still free to play and no refund, do you know if this is a massive problem?

Support said they are refunding the purchase made previously this will take a few days to come through

If you have logged into the EA account that uses the same email as your swtor account and reset the password then purchasing should work again 

The issue is your linked EA account is disabled and this causes purchasing in swtor to fail to apply the purchase to your account.
