stuck on darth vader install minigame for ps4

I have been playing this game for 2 years now and I deleted it then installed it back because of storage problems. But when I reinstalled it, the game was stuck on the mini game. I checked the  game info if it was fully installed and it said it was so I took your advice and tried to turn off the PlayStation. When I turned it back on, nothing had changed, it was doing the same thing as before and I don’t know what to do now

I am having this issue with both battlefront 1 and 2 and they are freezing on the mini game loading screen I can’t press a button. This is horrible for customer satisfaction you are selling a game that I can’t play? What is the deal here give me a surefire solution.

Is your game still downloading/installing? Here's how to check:

1. Go to PlayStation Store on web browser and sign in.
2. Select [Download Queue] from the drop down menu on your Online ID at the top of the screen.
3. Your queued content will be shown in order with the first game to be downloaded at the top.

There isn't anything in the Download queue, despite the game is downloading.

PS: I have a disc copy
