hi i have been banned for almost 2 mounths now but only gote in toutch with live chat 1 months ago and thay said i would get my acount un baned 7- 10 days for then i waited 15 or so days then contacted them agein then thay say that they are probebly very busy and that terms of service will contact you soon but they havent done *. I am about to give up here i have tryed so hard just to get my self unbanned for a month

I'm really sorry for the long wait on this. Can you give me a bit more info on what you're seeing when you try to log into Apex Legends? Is it giving you a specific error message about a ban on your account, or anything else about the status of your account?
