I do not have malwarebytes installed at the moment, i also have to go out for an hour or 2

I guess the same as a web address but instead of http"//www.blah.com its just 159.153.92.50

Given what has been tried maybe reset the windows firewall to defaults and redo the exceptions

Open the command prompt as administrator and type the below similar to the other commands

netsh advfirewall reset

all of the programs in the exceptions list are gone except for the windows ones.

I know you've mentioned adding the game to the exceptions list for MalwareBytes, but have you added the entire folder just to be sure? You can find instructions here: https://www.malwarebytes.com/support/guides/mbam-legacy/MalwareExclusions.html

If you're still getting the error, can you attach your latest launcher log here as a file attachment?
