i come home see pre load available i click nothing i restart origin nothing i restart pc nothing i got no button to press so it can download

The solution In Origin, sidebar hover over Origin Access, then select Play First Trials - there's the "Free Trial" link to download It's separate from the purchased version displayed. Once you add it to your games, you can bookmark/favorite it - it says trial on the image.  GLHF :D
