spent 100 dollars for event, have not received coins, bank has been charged [ Edited ]

just spent 100 dollars on apex for the new event. havent received my coins and its been almost 4 hours. there isnt really an excuse. the payment is completed, not pending. it says all items have been digitally delivered or shipped. 100 dollars, EA. give me my content. very annoyed because last time i contacted ea about a payment issue it took them over 2 weeks to get back to me despite saying 72 hours on their site. live chat wasnt and isnt available despite it being 4 pm in california when i first tried contacting them. ea's customer support is infuriating and im pretty pissed that im going to have to go through it again.

would also like to add that i just made another smaller purchase and it went through and got my coins for that. still missing the 10,000 coins though.

then choose Apex and what u play on either pc or xbox or ps
then orders
then check order status
then chat with them and tell them u didn't recevie it

@NAGAAATO ive contacted them but they wont respond for the next few days. i'll just stay up until 1 am PST so i can go on live chat because thats when theyre available, for some reason..

@catf1nder it's not ea mistake, it's game a glitch happened every once and while, 200k im missing lol
