so i recently just reinstalled apex and my twitch prime skin has disappeared

so about a month ago i reinstalled apex legends and noticed that my twitch prime skin for pathfinder wasnt there, so i didnt think much of it and thought maybe i had to wait for the skin to come back.  So i waited a few days to see if something would happen and unsurprisingly nothing happened, so i didnt think much of it until today when i decided to use pathfinder for one of the daily challenges and thought i should come here to see if someone could tell me how to get the skin back
