sign in issues

Can't interact with any buttons when at the sign in screen, can't change my server, can't press A, been happening since this the Reverly patch, some days I can sign in and play a couple games, some days it won't let me sign in so I had to hard reset my xbox and modem and it would work, then the next day it would give me the same issue where I can't press A to sign in. Please help, I want to play and grind rank but this keeps happening on my days off

Thanks for reaching out to us. Do you happen to have anything plugged in to the USB ports? Something like a racing wheel, headset or dongle for another controller? If so, unplug them and try again. Let me know what happens.
