I fixed the error by uninstall and re-install the game. It seems there is an issue with installer

Hey guys! So to today I had the same problem and this is what helped me:

Close the game. Open the Origin app and then:

Library > Right-click on the Apex Legends > Repair.

After that, the repair of your game will begin.

Wait until the progress reaches 100% and you can play the game again.

It helped me, and i hope will help you! Good luck!

Hey, it's good to hear that some troubleshooting helped.

If you still get this error, be sure to check your Legend pages for Bloodhound and Rampart. They both have a frame called "frag out", which is currently bugged. Changing to a new frame will stop this from happening.
