True. A lot of people have paid money to be able to play this game and it has been plagued by server connectivity issues. Through these forum posts I have not see one member from EA customer service represent the company and give any information or feedback. You can request a call, but they currently have a 1 hr backlog before they will call out.
It's frustrating, but what can we do. They already have our money and it's not like we are getting anything free out of this and they know that. So here we sit and wait while they work to correct the issue. To be fair there are a lot of things that can go wrong, but I would like to believe that they plan for possible outages and would have redundant servers like the rest of the corporate world. I guess not.
