reset password error

I can not reset my password. I have done all the procedures. In the menu where I have to put the new password (I have the token) but it tells me error. could it be a token problem?

An error at login normally mean that the Password is wrong, so check this very carefull.

Any account related actions need to be done over phone, this is an security decision on BWs side.
