ref. #user-location-fetch-error

As noted above, when I go to add the game to my library, I get this error: ref. #user-location-fetch-error. What does it mean? I preordered the $70 version of the game so I know I have access. How can I fix it?

ozii9's suggestion of ending the process and running as administrator fixed this issue for me.

I had same problem but I opened task menager, found all Origin processes in the background then right click - complete the task (or something like this), open Origin as admin and try again adding to library Wink If it still doesn't work - try restarting computer.
