redeen product code error

when I entered the game code star wars batlefront the application of the original closed and then tried to enter the code again but it says that the code is used.Please send me a new activation code for the game star wars batlefront

Log in to Origin with the account you redeemed that code on and then check if the game is available to download.

Make sure you have no filters active at the top right of the Origin main page.

We will not be able to send you a new Product Code.

That was not my product code
