ray tracing crashes the game

i use a rog strix 2080ti oc, i've  played battlefield 5 for many hours with ray tracing enabled.

Now I can' t play it with rtx on 'cause it make my whole pc crash, i have to force the shut down because it completely freeze.

Don't know what to do please help me.

In Microsoft event viewer do you see any crash logs for Battlefield there?
