ranked ban after whole team dying

I got banned from ranked after my whole team dying. I believe it was due to me having self revive and a bug with that as it said that my teammates could be revived even though nobody was alive. is there any way this can be redacted? its not a necessarily long ban but it could push others away from the game if this keeps happening.
